We are seeking an experienced Hospital Coder. Must be CCS, RHIT, RHIA. This is a Full-time Day position. Must have a 2 year Associates Degree and 1-3 years of hospital coding experience required. Thorough knowledge of medical records, medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and coding.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED: 1 to 2 years related experience in an inpatient and outpatient coding in an acute care hospital setting.

Demonstrated communications and customer service skills, success in organizing work and ability to multi-task. Extensive knowledge of ICD 9 CM and CPT coding.
Candidate will have to pass a 3-4 hour coding aptitude exam.
